I have chosen to analyze the music video by 'Mika - Life in Cartoon Motion'. This is Mikas Debut album so it was important for a powerful and expressive style to be portrayed, so it appealed to the audience when they first looked at it. The writing is at the centre of the album cover, with the 'MIKA' being in a large, white, abstract font, this is very bold and stands out alot when you first look at it making it more visually pleasing. Aswell as the white contrasting from the bright background. 'LIFE IN CARTOON MOTION' is in smaller font, navy/black and is in a curly styled font, i think this looks really effective and looks completely different to the name of the artist.
